Our Chapter

Welcome to the Epsilon Kappa Chapter of Chi Omega at St. Lawrence University! My name is McKailey Lyndaker and I am the current president of the chapter. This website will show you what it’s like to be a member of our chapter and what Chi Omega is all about!

Members of our chapter continue to strive for excellence both in the classroom and in their extracurriculars. Our grade point average as an organization is ranked above the average for Greek organizations as well as above the average for all students. Our members are involved in numerous other organizations across campus including athletic teams, student government, and teaching assistant positions.

We take pride in the philanthropic service we do for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. We have had the opportunity to take part in granting wishes and organizing yearly service events to raise money for the foundation. Our Pie-in-the-face event is popular across campus and has brought in thousands of dollars for the cause.

The Canton community that surrounds St. Lawrence is special to each and every one of us in Chi Omega, and we do what we can to give back. Every year we participate in Make-a-difference Day that is devoted to providing various forms of community service to people throughout Canton. In addition, we have multiple members that spend a couple days a week tutoring at the local schools.

Joining Chi Omega is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The girls I have gotten the chance to know and work with have inspired me and helped me grow into a better individual and leader. The women of Chi Omega are genuine and loving in all that they do, and I am so lucky to be a part of such an amazing sisterhood. The Epsilon Kappa Chapter will always hold a special place in my heart.
